Malta Work visa Documents Cheklist ✅ 

1- Application Form:- The application form must be completely filled and signed by the candidate.

2- Passport Size Photograph:- A colour photograph of 3.5*4.5 cms with white background.

3- Travel Medical Insurance:- The travel insurance must be valid for all schengen countries and you have to enaure that the amount of medical coverage must be atleast 30,000 Euors or equivalent for all risks.

4- Travel Itenary:- The applicant must have a confirm flight ticket. 

5- Invitation Letter:- The applicant must have an invitation letter from the employer(sponsor); and everything must me mentioned on the letter like; designation and name. The invitation letter must include the position and job responsibilities which would be carrier out by the applicant in Malta.

6- Curriculum Vitae:- Must provide a full details CV.

7- Experience/Reference Certificate(s):- Applicant must provide all the relevant certificates from the previous employer.

8- Bank statement:- Applicant need to provide a bank statement of last SIC month and that must be signed & stamped by the bank.

9- Employment Agreement/Contract:- Signed contract from the employer/sponsor with certified copies by the Maltese public notary.

10- letter of single entry work permit approval by identita’ which confirm that the request of work permit has been accepted.

11- Passport/Travel Documents:- must be valid for Atleast 3 months after the intended stay and have atleast 3 blank pages.

12-  Proof of education:- Must be Apostile by their local and central official body.

13- Proof of accomodation:- Any of the foloowing;

      - Confirm Hotel Booking

      - Signed Lease Contract

      - Proof of Invitee with their Id and Notarized

14- Photocopies of passport rach and every page.

15- Adhaar Card.

16- Cover letter include your reason for traveling with complete summary.
